It has come to our attention that the telephone company, VERIZON, is unable or unwilling to fix an incoming call issue on our phone lines. Certain customers in Derry and Bedford, New Hampshire receive a disconnect notice when dialing our local number and a private residence when dialing our toll-free number. VERIZON explains that this is because these customers use alternate phone service such as Comcast or Charter cable phone lines and they would need to call their repair company to allow our exchange in Lincoln to be reached. PLEASE, if you receive a disconnect notice or a private residence when calling our office, email us with your phone company and land line telephone number so we can INSIST that VERIZON track this problem.
