My
wife and I did the zip-line for our 25th anniversary. What a
blast!!! The staff was great, they were all very professional.
Looking forward to the new zip-lines!!! We will be back next
year.

We
have a 72 hour cancellation policy.* If you cancel outside of 72 hours from your tour
time, you can be refunded or receive a voucher for the amount
you paid good for any of our adventures. If you cancel within
72 hours there are no refunds or vouchers. Late arrivals will
not be refunded or issued vouchers and will not be able to join
the group. Please call if you have a change of plans. Spaces
are limited and guests are being turned away for your spots.
Alpine Adventures is in no way obligated to complete a tour if
one or more participants is found to be endangering the safety
of themselves, others or the environment. Refunds or vouchers
will not be given in this situation.
* Please note: on June
27th our cancellation policy changed from 24 hrs to 72
hrs. This applies to the date you made your reservation,
not the date of the tour. If you made your reservation prior
to Thursday, June 26th for a date in August, you will fall under
our 24 hr cancellation policy. Reservations taken June 27th and
beyond are subject to the 72 hr. cancellation policy.
In order for us to staff the course and our headquarters properly,
turn away guests for your spaces and incur daily expenses just
by being open, we have determined that we need 72 hrs notice
for cancellations. Thanks for your understanding. |
