Tour feedback from our guests:
My
wife and I did the zip-line for our 25th anniversary. What a
blast!!! The staff was great, they were all very professional.
Looking forward to the new zip-lines!!! We will be back next

Cancellation
and Reservation Policy:
Since
we have a short snowmobile season here in New England and spaces
are limited, reservations are placed with a credit card number.
In accordance with our 24 hr cancellation policy, if we do not
have enough notice to re-book all of your sleds within 24 hours
of your tour, you will not be refunded. Late Arrivals
will also be responsible for full payment since we cannot hold
up others in your group nor push up the tours since they are
booked back to back. We completely understand things come up
while on vacation so thanks in advance for notifying us of your
change in plans. If trail and snow conditions do not coincide
with safe snowmobiling, we will cancel the tour and give
you as much notice as possible. In this case, you would not be
charged.
